Terms & Withdrawal Rights

1. What we provide

Frontier Labs provides six fixed-price, fixed-scope services, each defined exactly as published on its offer page at the time of your order:

• AI App Rescue Audit — €249. A code/app audit with a prioritized defect report, security red-flag scan, and a written fix plan. See full scope.
• Custom Dataset, Delivered — €99. A structured dataset of up to 5,000 rows from up to 3 public web sources, delivered as CSV and JSON with a methodology note. See full scope.
• Rescue Sprint — €990. Everything in the Rescue Audit, plus implementation of up to 3 priority defect fixes, security red-flag patching, and a re-verification pass, with a 7-day post-delivery defect warranty. See full scope.
• Data Pipeline — €1,450 setup + €390/month. Everything in the Custom Dataset, scaled to up to 5 sources / 25,000 rows at setup, plus a recurring monthly refresh with a change-log, billed month-to-month. See full scope.
• Intelligence Deep-Dive — €590. A 25+ page competitor teardown for one niche/market — pricing, offer, and traffic-signal analysis, positioning gaps, and a channel map — with methodology stated. See full scope.
• EU Tender Alerts — €19/month, no setup fee. A weekly email digest of EU public-procurement tenders sourced directly from TED, filtered against up to 3 CPV keywords/codes and up to 5 target countries, billed month-to-month. See full scope.

All six services are fulfilled by an AI-powered pipeline with a human expert QA pass (a human engineer for the Rescue Sprint, a human analyst for the Intelligence Deep-Dive, a human spot-check on every EU Tender Alerts digest) before delivery, as disclosed on each offer page. None of our services are available via phone or video call — all communication is asynchronous, by email.

2. Order, payment, and delivery

• An order is placed by submitting the order form on the relevant offer page with the details requested for that service (repo/app link and issue description for the Rescue Audit and Rescue Sprint, which additionally requires write access for the Sprint; source URLs and required fields for the Custom Dataset and Data Pipeline; niche/market and context for the Intelligence Deep-Dive; CPV keyword(s)/code(s) and target country/countries for EU Tender Alerts).
• After we confirm your order is within the published scope, we send a secure Stripe payment link by email for the fixed price shown on the offer page. For the Data Pipeline, this first payment link covers only the €1,450 setup fee. For EU Tender Alerts, we first confirm your filters map cleanly to TED's CPV coding before sending the payment link for the €19/month fee — there is no setup fee.
• Delivery begins once payment clears. The stated delivery window — 48 hours (Rescue Audit, Custom Dataset), 5 business days (Rescue Sprint, and the Data Pipeline's first delivery), 72 hours (Intelligence Deep-Dive), or the following Monday morning (EU Tender Alerts' first digest) — is measured from that point, provided the information you submitted is complete; if we need clarification, we'll email you and the window resumes once we have what we need.
• The deliverable is sent to the email address you provided at order time.
• Data Pipeline subscription mechanics: after your first dataset is delivered, we set up recurring monthly billing of €390 via Stripe for each subsequent monthly refresh. Refreshes and the corresponding charge continue automatically each cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing us before your next billing date; only refreshes already delivered are billed, and no early-termination fee applies.
• EU Tender Alerts subscription mechanics: once your filters are confirmed and your first payment clears, your first weekly digest is sent the following Monday morning, and recurring monthly billing of €19 continues automatically via Stripe for each subsequent month of digests. You may cancel at any time by emailing us before your next renewal date; only months already billed cover digests already delivered, and no early-termination fee applies.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are fixed per the published scope at time of order — there is no hourly billing and no additional charges beyond the listed price (or, for the Data Pipeline, beyond the listed setup fee plus the listed recurring monthly fee) for work within that scope. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not collect or store your card details.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the order without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (as transposed into the national law of your EU member state).

All five of our services are service contracts, not goods. Under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed, provided that:

• you gave your prior, express consent for us to begin performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and
• you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service was fully performed.

We collect this consent and acknowledgment explicitly, via the separate checkbox on each order form, before payment. Without it, we do not begin work. This applies identically to the one-time services — the AI App Rescue Audit, the Rescue Sprint, the Custom Dataset, and the Intelligence Deep-Dive — and to the Data Pipeline's one-time setup fee (see below for the Data Pipeline's and EU Tender Alerts' recurring monthly fees, which follow a different mechanism).

If you withdraw before the service is fully performed (for example, before your deliverable has been sent), you remain entitled to withdraw, but under Article 14(3) of the Directive you will owe us an amount proportional to the work already performed up to the point you notify us, calculated against the total price. In practice, for our fixed-scope services this will typically mean little or no work has been performed if you withdraw promptly after ordering and before we've started — contact us immediately using the withdrawal option below and we will tell you plainly how much, if anything, applies.

Independent of this legal exemption, if a deliverable you receive does not match the scope published on the relevant offer page at the time of your order, contact us and we will correct it at no additional cost — this is our own service-quality commitment, separate from the legal withdrawal right above. For the Rescue Sprint specifically, this commitment is formalized as the published 7-day post-delivery defect warranty on the same 3 fixed defects.

Data Pipeline — split withdrawal mechanics. The Data Pipeline has two separate charges with two separate rules:

• The €1,450 setup fee is for personalized source-engineering work that begins as soon as you submit your sources and pay. The same 14-day withdrawal logic above applies to this fee: once you've given express consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights (via the order-form checkbox) and setup work has begun at your explicit request, the withdrawal right no longer applies to the setup fee.
• The €390 monthly fee is not a one-time service contract but a recurring subscription, billed only for refreshes already delivered. It is not subject to the Article 16(a) "fully performed" exemption in the same way — instead, you may cancel the subscription at any time by emailing us before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle: you will not be charged again, you keep every refresh already delivered, and no early-termination fee applies. This month-to-month cancel-anytime mechanism is our commitment independent of, and at least as protective as, the statutory withdrawal right for recurring services.

EU Tender Alerts — first-month withdrawal and ongoing cancellation. EU Tender Alerts has no separate setup fee — it is a single €19/month recurring subscription with two rules depending on the month:

• Your first month's €19 fee covers a personalized digest that begins as soon as your filters are confirmed and your payment clears — delivery you have explicitly requested to start before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. The same Article 16(a) logic above applies: once you've given express consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights (via the order-form checkbox) and your first digest has been delivered at your explicit request, the withdrawal right no longer applies to that first month's fee.
• Every subsequent monthly fee is not subject to the Article 16(a) "fully performed" exemption — it is billed only for digests already delivered, and you may cancel the subscription at any time by emailing us before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle: you will not be charged again, you keep every digest already delivered, and no early-termination fee applies.

Exercise your right of withdrawal or cancel a subscription

To withdraw from a one-time order, or to cancel the Data Pipeline's or EU Tender Alerts' monthly subscription, email us using the button below with your order email address and the date you ordered. We will confirm receipt of your request without delay; where a refund is due, we process it within 14 days of receiving your request, and where a subscription cancellation is requested, we confirm the effective date (end of the current billing cycle).

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (repo/app access, issue descriptions, source URLs, required fields, niche/market context) and for having the right to share any material you provide us for the purpose of fulfilling your order. For the Rescue Audit and Rescue Sprint, you must have the legal right to grant us the access you provide — the Rescue Sprint additionally requires write access, scoped exactly to the 3 fixes agreed upfront. For the Custom Dataset and Data Pipeline, you must not request sources that require a login, are paywalled, or whose Terms of Service explicitly prohibit automated access — we will decline or flag such requests before starting work. For the Intelligence Deep-Dive, you are responsible for defining a niche/market specific enough for us to confirm scope before charging you.

6. Marketing use of anonymized excerpts

We may publish fully anonymized excerpts of completed deliverables — for example, a redacted portion of a Rescue Audit report, an Intelligence Deep-Dive teardown, or a Custom Dataset sample — as marketing samples on our site or listings. "Fully anonymized" means your name, company name, domain, contact details, and any other detail that could identify you or your business are removed entirely, not merely masked. This permission covers only excerpts we ourselves select and anonymize for publication; the underlying data, report, or work product we deliver to you remains fully confidential and is never shared or published in identifiable form.

You may opt out of this at any time, for any reason, by emailing [email protected]. This applies retroactively: if an anonymized excerpt from your order has already been published, we will remove it on request.

7. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to deliver within each service's stated delivery window but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our systems (maintenance, third-party infrastructure incidents). Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order (for the Data Pipeline, to the amount paid for the setup fee plus any monthly fees already charged).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the trader's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer. Disputes are first sought to be resolved amicably; EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
