The audit is produced by our AI-powered analysis pipeline, and every finding is checked by a human expert before it's sent to you. We disclose this plainly because it's true — no fabricated team, no fake bios.
Do you fix the bugs for me?
No — this is an audit plus a concrete fix plan, not implementation. The fix plan is written to be pasted directly into your AI builder (Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0) so you or your tool can apply it. If you'd rather have the fixes applied for you, tell us in the order form and we'll follow up with a separate quote — that's out of this fixed scope.
What if I don't have a GitHub repo?
Send us the live app URL and as much context as you can (what's broken, what you expected, any error messages). We'll run a black-box review of the deployed app — it's a more limited view than a full repo audit, and we'll note that limitation in the report.
Is my code kept private?
Yes. We only access what you explicitly share (read-only repo or app access), we use it solely to produce your audit, and we don't reuse or share your code. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
How fast is delivery, really?
Within 48 hours of your payment clearing, provided the repo/app access and description you submitted are complete. If anything's missing, we'll email you first — the 48h clock resumes once we have what we need.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Because this is personalized digital work that starts as soon as you submit access and pay, the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right doesn't apply once work has begun at your explicit request — full wording is in our Terms. If the delivered audit doesn't match this published scope, contact us and we'll make it right.
Is a 24h audit actually thorough, or rushed?
It's the same audit, on a tighter schedule — not a shorter one. We're not cutting the review depth to hit 24h; we're relying on measured pipeline throughput. On our most complex report type (the Intelligence Deep-Dive: 7,069 words, 33 SKUs analyzed), the AI-processing stage alone finished in about 20 minutes and passed QA on the first pass. A Rescue Audit is a smaller job than that, so a 24h SLA — full review, full human QA, no shortcuts — is comfortably deliverable.
